The showcase for sustainable building and modernization takes place as part of the spring trade fairs - Germany's largest trade fair network on the subject of "conscious consumption". Services, products, dealers and lectures on  new construction, renovation and financing. Welcome!

Focus of the future house is the energetically optimized property. The spectrum ranges from the modernization of the heating system and insulation to topics such as photovoltaics, window replacement and energy conversion and retrofitting. From April 4th to 7th, craft businesses, services, independent advice centers and producers will show the entire field around the topics of new construction, house construction, renovation, modernization, funding, building services and living. The GARTEN trade fair, which is taking place at the same time  , covers the topic area around the house as well as the front garden, winter garden, carport and garage.
